    NETiKA is seeking an ICT specialist to advise, install & maintain computer systems. NETiKA IT Services customers are small and medium-sized companies/organisations that have no in-house IT personnel. These SMEs have between 5 and 100 computers.

    The Network Administrator role covers the installation, configuration and management of PCs & Macs, office & web applications and Windows, Exchange, Kerio, SQL, Oracle, etc. servers, user support (help desk and on-site IT coaching), network administration, the help desk, etc.

    You have thorough knowledge of the PC and/or Apple environments, Office, the TCP-IP protocol, Windows Server, etc. Knowledge of the following products is an advantage: Exchange or Kerio, SQL Server or Oracle, WatchGuard, IIS, ...

    You have an IT higher education diploma or minimum 2-year experience in a similar position.

    You are able to listen, understand and explain.

    You are passionate about IT, you are independent and enterprising.
